Morning:
Looking at XAct.Core, it's listed as
XAct.Core
PM> Install-Package XAct.Core -Version 0.0.89
When I sign in to check, scrolling down the list of previous versions every single assembly is marked as Listed=No.
Including 0.0.89.
I believe I should see nothing listed, as no entry is marked as Listed=Yes.
In case, I marked 0.0.89 as listed=True, then unlisted it again - no change. It's stuck.
If I List=Yes 0.0.708 higher up, it goes to
PM> Install-Package XAct.Core -Version 0.0.708
as it should. Unlist it, it goes back to
What's so special about 0.0.89?
This is not the only assembly in this state -- I unfortunately have several 'XAct.xxx' incorrectly listed.

So you want to know why it shows up with tab completion in nuget.exe, right? Not anything to do with how it appears on nuget.org?
Sorry, something went wrong.
Packages can take up to a day to show as unlisted across all of our web servers.
