Gentrification in San Diego

A close look at the changes in Population, Income & Property Value in San Diego.

Research Goal

Analyze and determine the major effects of gentrification in San Diego, and determine the regions/neighborhoods effected most by it.

Tools

Used Python, along with Pandas, NumPy, SciPy and Patsy. The project is written in a Jupyter Notebook.
