Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) exhibit considerable cell-intrinsic changes with age. Here, we performed an integrated analysis of transcriptome(RNA-seq) and chromatin accessibility(ATAC-seq) of young and aged HSCs and downstream progenitors.
