1.1 relase for Arduino and esp32

Small improvements:

• added setting - which state of dtr pin means busy,
• now boards without INPUT_PULLDOWN support don't generate a compile error,
• begin() calls reset() - no bugs after reseting boards, when printer is turned on.
• better description.

Just easier start!
