Up for adoption? #622
Comments
I think @addepar-andy would be the best person to talk to about this. I’ve stated publicly that I don’t have bandwidth to continue working on Ember Table, but I am also no longer an employee at Addepar and am unsure what their plans are for the addon. |
What exactly would this entail? |
@addepar-andy Good question. If you are still maintaining it then that is great :) I created this regarding an issue that I opened that I thought needs to be fixed moving forward with Ember v3 and beyond. |
i think this would be a decision for: @twokul |
@twokul are you able to comment on this? I like |
@efx 👋 sorry for the delayed response! we do plan on maintaining it but at the moment we are caught up w/ some product work! do you think you can contribute? I can commit some time to review/merge PRs. |
@twokul no worries; I know how it goes. yes, I should be able to secure some time in the next 2 weeks to prioritize maintenance, isolated bug fixes. |
When an original owner no longer has time to maintain the addon, there is a place where the addon can be "put up for adoption." Melanie Sumner has created adopted-ember-addons.
Would you consider allowing us to adopt this addon so that it may continue to provide useful service to the community?
