지은 지 55년 된 아파트
용산구 "지난해 9월 정밀안전진단"
서울 용산구 노후 아파트에서 집 천장이 무너지는 사고가 발생했다.
지난 16일 오전 3시 17분쯤
용산구 S맨션 A동 3층 거실 천장에서
철근콘크리트 덩어리가 방바닥으로 떨어졌다.
인명 피해는 없었지만
낙하 시 충격으로 TV 등 집기가 손상됐다.

용산구는 "S맨션 A동은 제3종시설물 D등급으로 관리되고 있으며
1년에 3회 구청에서 정기안전 점검을 진행했다"며
"이와 별개로 시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별법에 따라
2년에 1회 이상 정밀안전점검을 진행해야 하는데
지난해 9월 22일에 정밀안전점검을 마친 상태"라고 설명 했다.
