One of the many Thunderbird menus has disappeared

Describe the bug
There used to be a menu near "To From CC" that could delete the message, view its source with all headers, etc. Somehow I right-clicked it and made it disappear and now cannot find any way in the View menu to bring it back. Even right-clicking doesn't do anything.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to your incoming folders and messages
2. Look at the bottom right. It just shows the message date. There is no way to delete or view source. Yes, I know that Ctrl+U shows the source, I learned that from an AI. But the AI had no idea how to restore the menu that used to be there.

Expected behavior
I expect to see the menu that used to be at the lower right for many years!
