Improve german stop word list #324

For fulltext-index columns I used the following stop word list.

maybe this can help to remove unneeded words from the index.

Btw. it could help finding missing entries, if the list in the json files are sorted.

output of the merge is german.json
I added a global list, with some general words not to include in the index in any language.
Feel free to add it.
