Will not download from any site in any chrome browser

Above screenshot shows error description in browser extension.

Browser extension picks up URL on clicking download or schedule nothing happens except an error generated as in screenshot.
Trying to download through app which is the beta from Microsoft store same issue it just will not begin download process.

OS win 11 64
Vivaldi/Edge/any chrome browser
XDM version is 8.0.29 Beta
addon is 3.5
Net Framework is 4.7.2

I am going through here as a non developer because the report a problem link in XDM software takes to a blank page with redirecting to white space (nowhere) as does help and support. Even to someone like me that's feels as if the developer of this software is no longer here and abandoned development
