What do you want to change?

Similar to what was done for pg_tables and pg_views in #1811 it would be great to be able to enable queries against pg_locks. If it is not hard to do, could you point me towards enough doc that I can do it myself?

What database engines need to be changed?

PostgreSQL

What programming language backends need to be changed?

I just realized that doing pg_catalog.pg_locks works with sqlc
