[Popup Lyrics] Configuration options improving the ability to place Popup Lyrics on top of the Task Bar

These would be additional configuration options making it more useful to put Popup Lyrics over empty space in the task bar. This is empty space available on most desktops, so this is a great place to show persistent lyrics.

Proposed configuration options:

• Mode that shows the current lyric at the top of the PiP with very little padding.
  Includes:
  • Don't show the previous lyric at all, since there's no space
  • No fade in gradient, since there's no space
  • Potentially turning off smoothing in this mode
• Smaller font sizes
• Wider aspect ratios
• Potentially decreasing the minimum PiP size? This seems to be a built-in limitation we can't customize.

I put together a hacky implementation of this, so you can see what it looks like, but I don't feel like the code is up-to-par for an actual pull request. Let me know if you actually want to use this as a basis and I can submit it as a PR.
