Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Would be nice to be able to reorder the bookmarks manually without having to do so in order of refresh_time.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally a drag and drop would be nice... not sure of any other way to accomplish it though

Describe alternatives you've considered
Edit each bookmark in reverse order to get the correct order.
