How to display dropdown button with split but keep the button's default functionality?

I want to have a button dropdown where the splitter is visible but i want the button itself to toggle the dropdown as well, not only the dropdown arrow, meaning - i want to keep the same functionality with splitter as is without it.

I had to add v-model and @click = model = !model and it works as expected.
