Drawer with side top - pull down the navbar to show some information

Hello,

I want to have a nav bar at the top that I can pull down on in order to show some information, like the example below:
I don't know where to start or what components I should use.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, or do you have any idea of any other library I could integrate?
