Describe the bug

The padding of color-picker in editor is wrong(as pictures below)

The wrong one screenshot (Screenshot in primevue, but this happens in primeng as well)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Click the editor toolbar color picker such as text color or text background button.
  2. Then you can see the wrong padding color palette
