Add option for using the ListDrawer for selecting related item in relationship field

I'm interesting in adding on to the relationship field by providing the ability to select the related collection using the ListDrawer component instead of the current drop down. This would help me with some more advanced workflows where there are a lot of records in the related collection and it is harder to find the correct relationship just from the useAsTitle field. I've created a draft pull request here #11553 with a demo of this implementation but I wanted to gauge whether this addition is something that the Payload team thinks would want added? Let me know your thoughts and I can add documentation or implement any changes to this PR before submitting. Thanks!
