[Paginator component] How to change pagination left and right arrow asset

If i put inside the tags a ng-template with pTemplate="previouspagelinkicon" with a tag and my asset the arrow remains the same and the showFirstLasIcon fails. Which is the correct way to put a custom for previous and next page arrows?

Code that is not working:
