I want to use MCP as a tool registry. I want the server to be hosted and expose APIs to call tools, list tools. I am not able to use that as a hosted service.

I have developed web servers that integrate MCP SSE functionality:

• Using FastAPI: fastapi_mcp_sse
• Using Starlette: starlette_mcp_sse

These servers can be extended with custom routes while retaining full MCP SSE capabilities. Please take a try.
