I was provided a Copilot seat by two organizations, let's say Organization A and Organization B. My first organization is A, and in my personal Copilot setting, it says that my Copilot is managed by A. Then B provided me with a Copilot seat. I enabled the Pull Request review, and I can request a review from Copilot in B's repo, but there is no review back.
How to switch the primary manage from A to B, or keep it and able to request Copilot review from B's Copilot
