Model rate limiting is crippling for agent mode

I am evaluating AI assisted coding with Agent mode using the Claude 3.7 Sonnet (preview) model with my GitHub Copilot Pro subscription. I get rate limited after around 2 hours of "vibe coding" and am locked out of use of that model (the only one that isn't garbage for Rust/React IMO) for the next 24 hours. This is crippling to me as I am purposefully a noob on this tech stack. Is there any statement that this limitation will be lifted in the future? As is, I cannot recommend this to my team as a viable solution in the current state.
