I have checked if others have suggested this already

Feature description

I think this protocol can be a great addition to this vpn project

Alternative solutions

i did used nekoray project but i face some issues with it because of which i dont like it alot and would love this project to implement it and see if i face any lag or sudden disconnection issues.
