ubuntu-20.04 即将废弃，目前 build-deb 还是在使用这个镜像。可以考虑切换到container模式，在CI中增加安装打包所需依赖的步骤，或者和 build-src 步骤一样自定义 Dockerfile 执行。因为看到仓库中还有一个 ci 分支在修改workflow，所以我就不提PR了 😀
