Does this occur consistently? Yes
Repro steps:

  1. Right-Click Azure Subscription and create resource
  2. Select App Service and enter the detail
  3. Select Linux, Java 17, and Java SE

You will get the error below:
Action: appService.CreateWebApp
Error type: RangeError
Error Message: Invalid Java version "17".

Version: 0.24.5
