Describe the bug

Both links in the paragraph after the list in this section do not work on the deployed github pages website, instead leading to a 404 page.

In the source code it is the links in this line.

Perhaps this is because as the github pages are compiled the .ipynb files are not copied correctly or into a different directory.

It is possible this problem applies to other links, at least to ipython notebooks, on the website also.
