"Something went wrong" when forking this repo

I'm unable to fork this repository (Jan 8 2024 at 9:00 ET). Note that I have several forks of other projects.

Is there some restriction on this repository

To Reproduce

1. Navigate to the repo
2. Click on 'forks' to create a fork.
3. Click on "create fork" green button
4. fails

Expected behavior
Expect to create a fork
