New+

Steps to reproduce

Have toggled New+ multiple times while restarting Windows Explorer in between.

Seeing this in logs:

\AppData\Local\PowerToys\WinUI3Apps\NewPlusPackage.msix package failed.
ErrorCode: -2147024891, ErrorText: Access is denied.

Have tried installing as admin and local user, same issue.

✔️ Expected Behavior

New+ will install upon enabling in powertoys settings

❌ Actual Behavior

New+ is failing to install at all.
