Quick accent should be able to detect shifted characters as well as regular ones. The particular issue I have is there is no option for an inverted exclamation or question mark. If I hold down shift+"/" and hold the space button, I only get options for "/". I would like to have options for "?" as well.
Scenario when this would be used?
Typing in Spanish. Diacriticals are available, but there are other special characters that there is no apparent access to.
Supporting information
I have tested with "all available" checked for character sets. I am running in Standard mode, not Administrator mode.
It would be preferable, so as to avoid hand cramping, if the shift key did not need to be held down. IOW: "/"+hold space gets you a ¿ option. This is opposed to having to hold a shift key as well to select question mark. Right now, all I seem to have is ALT+191. If I forget, it's time to open Character Map.
