Description of the new feature / enhancement

布局页面增加扩展屏的显示，只在单个屏幕下可以穿越屏幕，而不是所有屏幕都可穿越

Scenario when this would be used?

红色电脑一（使用扩展屏），蓝色电脑二

电脑一使用扩展屏时，另外电脑二的屏幕在扩展屏的上方，但布局里面电脑一只识别作为一个屏幕使用，导致在实际使用过程中，两个屏幕都能往上移动。希望可以在布局页面增加扩展屏的显示，只在单个屏幕下可以穿越屏幕
