I hope it can be changed to take effect at the same time, otherwise it can only take effect on one set, and the function itself doesn't have much meaning

Scenario when this would be used?
In multiple projects, it may be necessary to have multiple sets of environment variables at the same time, each with multiple options, which may need to be switched. So you can't just take effect and let the others still use the poor management methods built into the system, if then the function itself is meaningless

这个功能本身十分强大,并且十分有用,但是有点做的并不好,那就是多个配置文件设置的变量, 只能又一套配置文件生效,这是极其不恰当的.希望可以改成同时生效多套,不然其实只能生效一套的话,这个功能本身就没有了什么太大的意义

在多个项目中,可能需要同时又多套环境变量,每套又有多种选择,可能需要切换.所以不能只生效一套,让其他的仍然使用系统内置的那套不优秀的管理方法,如果这样这个功能本身就失去了意义
