On both computers, let's see if the following can help:
i.e.

1. Ensure the DNS resolution to IP is correct
2. Ensure Firewall setting is correct

I have the same proble, and i report this issue int five days ago. During this time ,i tried reinstall the powertoys ,and it not work yet. I used another laptop to connect my pc, and it worked ,i dont know how it works. I had added the firewall list to allow the module out.
