Description of the new feature / enhancement

User should have the ability to add programs to the Workspaces. Currently only those program can be added which are running. I recently wanted to add WAMP to one of the Workspaces but was not able to do that. It will very useful to add programs that are not running.

Scenario when this would be used?

You can still add program by clicking 'Edit' that workspace, then click 'Launch&edit' , it will resume the workspace, then you can open programs, move window, then capture again, so that new program will be added to that workspace.

You are right it can be done, but WAMP does not have a window which can be captured by the "Edit Workspace". I suggest that a "Add" button be added to the "Edit Workspace" where a folder/program path can be added for those program that run in similar manner to WAMP (Only a icon appears on the taskbar for WAMP)
