Steps to reproduce

Initially it used to show PowerToy Icon in Taskbar Tray and then somehow it disappared from there.

✔️ Expected Behavior

It should Ideally be there to access few shortcuts like settings, check updates etc.

I'm seeing this issue as well. The taskbar tray icon does not show up, even past a Powertoys restart, or a restart of explorer.exe, or a system restart.

Not author, but I have my tray set to always show all icons. PowerToys is running, I can use any of the tools, including ZoomIt (which DOES show up in the tray), and I see the various Powertoys processes in Task Manager. It's really just the tray icon missing. Is there any logging we can provide here, or any action we can take to try and gather more info for you?
