Steps to reproduce

Set powertoys to start at windows startup. When you see the powertoys icon on the taskbar, press the hotkey for PowerToys Run, (For example, mine is Win-R). In my case, powertoys run doesent open until I go into the app and then close the app. Afterwards, it works without any problem.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The PowerToys Run Window to open

❌ Actual Behavior

Normal Windows Run Software

PT Run might take some time to load.. What happens if you wait for ~10seconds after windows startup and then try the hotkey ? /needinfo

Hi there!

We need a bit more information to really debug this issue. Can you add a "Report Bug" zip file here? You right click on our system tray icon and just go to report bug. Then drag the zipfile from your desktop onto the GitHub comment box in this issue. Thanks!

Hi there, never mind, the issue seems to be resolved now. it seems to be due to a slow startup time, lagged down by other apps.
