Steps to reproduce

Switch the "Run at startup" Setting to On.
Upgrade Powertoys (with the button in the Settings - not testet with installing from exe).
Note: I've had this issue since like 0.51

✔️ Expected Behavior

I were expecting the "Run at startup" Setting to be unchanged after update.
This is what it should look like

❌ Actual Behavior

The "Run at startup" Seting is reset to default state - Off.
This is what it looks like
