Running as admin

Settings

Steps to reproduce

  • Open PowerToys settings
  • Under General, Toggle "Run at startup" to "On"
  • Close settings window
  • Open settings window again

✔️ Expected Behavior

"Run at startup" is still On

❌ Actual Behavior

"Run at startup" is Off

Similar to #10400, as PowerToys/settings.json is not persisted to the disk.

I no longer use powertoys so I can't check
