We wish to publish OTI's internal cscl file geodatabase to:

https://nyc.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=35e2dfa84b3f40bc989b8babb32f4581

This will function as an alternative to even more CSCL replicas. The process should be fairly similar to the (abandoned) punk replicas in this repository. Though at this point we are so far removed from the ESRI concept of replication that we should consider starting over in a fresh repo.
