Change of format of Remarkable files

Hi,

Thank you for your great work. I am a new user of the remarkable 2 (version 2.15.1.1189) and it seems to me that the new format of .rm file corresponds to one file per page instead of one file per notebook. In practice this would remove the rm_page type in kaitai file.
