Rebuild in go and integrate with rpm repo, pipelines, etc.

Mannem solutions should have an automated build pipeline which pushes to an rpm repo.
Currently it exists, but still is mostly manually maintained using this repo as a basis, but run manually mostly.
We should change that so that

• a job checks for new releases and updates this repo
• new release in this repo builds new versions of rpms
• rpm repo still automatically downloads new rpms
  In this fully automated platform, this repo could be a tool (built in go) that does all of the heavy lifting.
  This issue is a placeholder for all activities on this regard.
