Absolute url cause page reload in 1.0a4.1 even when the host is the same

I created a demo of this problem : http://jsbin.com/ejeva4/6

The first link (page2) has a relative url : /elagi3/2
The page is ajax-loaded and there is a transition.

The second link (page 3) has an absolute url : http://jsbin.com/ujuxo3/3
The page is fully loaded.

But, in 1.0a3, both url would be correctly ajax-loaded.
