fork all asdf plugins

I'm working through the list of all of the asdf plugins remaining as the default backend to see if they can be used with aqua or ubi instead. Once that is complete, I plan to write a script to fork all of the remaining asdf plugins into mise-plugins.

• finish checking all of the asdf plugins
• write/run script to fork remaining asdf plugins

I've made a start creating a replacement for joshuaballoch/asdf-spark (currently broken - see active issues and pull requests) at benberryallwood/mise-spark.

My plan was to get it working and then submit it to mise-plugins.
