Kapacitor: 0.13.0
InfluxDB: 0.13.0

I have multiple InfluxDBs configured in the kapacitord. For batch task the record command always try to get data from the default InfluxDB. But if I enable the task, kapacitor correctly query the InfluxDB which I've defined in the cluster property.
