Carrying over pocmo/Yaaic#145

When connecting to a bouncer the connected Channels are not opened and the backlog is not received.

For me this happens when connecting to Rizon's ZNC

I'll look into this and see if I can reproduce. I test against ZNC/1.2 on Arch.

I'm not affected by this bug, using a self-hosted ZNC 1.0. Using Android 4.4.2, Atomic v1.14

I'm closing this given that I have no valid way to reproduce this.
