Suggestion from VS gallery by Oleh Zheleznyak | January 03 2015: ".... Missing one handy feature - I cannot conveniently open the assembly of the project I am currently working on to check MS IL."

Maybe in the context menu of the project along the lines of opening a reference in ILSpy call it "Open build output in ILSpy".
