Describe the bug
This feature request which was implemented in deployment last month: #6628

To Reproduce
Create a new project from scratch. After getting to the Edit project page for the first time select permissions and change the radio for validation to 'Only team members'. This should immediately add the HOT global validators team. It only adds it after selecting the radio button several times.

@SColchester I attempted to replicate this issue but couldn't reproduce it. Could you confirm whether this was tested on tasks-dev or tasks-stage? Additionally, if there are specific conditions or steps that consistently trigger the issue, please provide further details for validation.

Hey @SColchester, thanks for reporting the issue. 🐛 ✨
I am able to reproduce the issue now. The HOT Global Validators team populates only when all the data is fetched from the server. You can also see it on the GIF above. The team populated only after the loading icon on the Select a team dropdown was completed.
I will try to come up with a solution for this. 🎯
