在Arc浏览器使用reader的朗读功能，跳到下一章的时候，总是从文章的中间开始，~~但是使用chrome并没有这个问题~~（听了一上午的chrome，也发现存在这个问题），可以随意复现。

版本说明

macos Sonoma 14.0
docker本地部署
软件版本：V3.2.12-12171550
arc版本：版本1.85.0 (59596)
内核：Chromium Engine Version 134.0.6998.45
