[web/simple]：kindle 的simple-waeb翻页闪屏 #634

kindle在使用simple-web版的网页翻页时会出现闪屏（全屏刷新）问题，但使用正常版网页，并不会出现闪屏。在正常版的网页使用时，将动画时长设定为0，动画速度设定为1000，无闪屏，且使用体验还可以。但是正常版的内存占用太大，使用卡顿。能否增加一个类似的翻页效果，来解决全屏刷新的问题。

kpw 5有水波纹刷新，也许增加一个类似的动画。
