This has been released in version 2.56.0 of the provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. As an example: provider "azurerm" {
version = "~> 2.56.0"
}

Decided to go with a TypeMap since I couldn't really find any documentation on what is actually allowed. I found FirstPartyUsage and RoutingPreference but don't know if there are more options. Either way, it seems like more ip tags are being added so this will not require any code changes for future ip tags.
