proxy.golang.org: Failed to connect to github.com port 443: Connection refused

As suggested in docs. I've released a new version over 1h ago but still cannot get it:

go get github.com/kumahq/ci-tools/cmd/[email protected]

Maybe it's the same issue #72121 but I have failures for over 1h.
