gh-sql should address another need: adding a new source of data, an automated and purely factual one.

Reminder: we should have several sources like profile.md, which is manually maintained by the individual, and the notable_contributions.md, which is updated through pull requests written or reviewed by various people, including the targeted individual in some cases. Additionally, there may be automated elements, such as a purely factual gh-contributions.csv, that gh-sql will likely handle.

The current issue concerns automating the update of the profiles/xxx/README.md files, which are currently generated by a script but require manual execution at this time.
