The Front-End Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, performant, and user-centered applications, contributing to position BotCity among the best RPA solutions in the Automation market. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with proven experience in front-end development, preferably in product-focused companies with complex projects, and excited about collaborating with Product/UX/UI teams with a can-do attitude and interested in leading a team in the future (previous tech lead experience preferred but not required). This role will be part of the Product Team.

Requisitos
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Proven professional experience (3+ years) in front-end development, preferably in product-focused companies and working in complex projects alongside Product/UX/UI teams.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript, with expertise on frameworks including React and Next.
Experience in building responsive layouts and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and working alongside back-end development teams.
Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth, JWT, or SAML.
Experience with version control and project management systems, particularly Git and GitHub.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth and fast-paced startup (or similar) environment.
Ability to travel as needed to meet the team.
English - Advanced (Reading, Comprehension, and Writing).
Nice to Haves
Experience with Webpack, Babel, and other build tools for optimizing front-end workflows.
Knowledge of HTTP caching mechanisms, including ETags, Cache-Control headers, and stale-while-revalidate patterns.
Understanding of web application security principles, such as OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
Experience with secure data storage and handling sensitive information (e.g., encryption, tokenization).
Understanding of session management, including techniques for mitigating session hijacking and session fixation attacks.
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) for front-end applications.
